ORDERING & SHIPPING

At Grandma Hattie's Table, we want to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time! Below are the details for our shipping schedule, including how long it takes for your order to reach you based on your location. Please refer to the UPS shipping map for a better understanding of delivery times.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders placed Sunday to Wednesday (before 12 PM)
Your order will ship within the same week and should arrive by Saturday with 2-day shipping. Ex., If you order by Wednesday at 12 PM, and you'll receive your order by Saturday.


Orders placed Wednesday (after 12 PM) to Saturday
These orders will ship the following Monday. If you place your order after 12 PM on Wednesday, it will ship on the next Monday and arrive within 2-3 days.


East Coast (3-day shipping)
Orders requiring 3-day shipping (typically East Coast locations) will ship on Monday and arrive by Thursday.

Before the order ships
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately with the correct details. We will update the address before shipping your order.

After the order ships

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for any delivery delay due to:

  • Shipping delays due to weather, pandemic, or any other extenuating circumstances.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Products that get damaged while on route.
  • We can not guarantee the arrival during holidays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
