Cranberry Brie Tartlets Recipe
Yield: 10 tartlets
Pan size: 3-inch mini tart pans
Oven temperature: 325°F
Baking time: Approximately 20 minutes
Ingredients
-
1 Grandma Hattie's 7-ounce pie dough puck
-
Brie cheese, enough to fill each tart shell halfway
-
Whole-berry cranberry sauce, enough to cover most of the Brie
-
Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
-
Chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
-
Prepare the dough. Thaw Grandma Hattie's pie dough according to the package instructions. Roll onto a lightly floured surface.
-
Prepare the tart shells. Divide the rolled dough among ten 3-inch mini tart pans, gently pressing it into the bottoms and sides.
-
Add the Brie. Cut the cheese into small pieces and fill each unbaked tart shell approximately halfway.
-
Add the cranberries. Spoon whole-berry cranberry sauce over the Brie, covering most of the cheese without overfilling.
-
Bake. Place the tart pans on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and fully baked.
-
Cool and serve. Allow the tartlets to cool slightly before carefully removing them from their pans.
-
Garnish, if desired, with fresh rosemary or chopped pecans.
